We’re incredibly excited to get Brewmaster's Guild into your hands! We’ve worked to make our shipping process as straightforward and transparent as possible. Please review the information below before pledging.
Shipping costs are not included in your Kickstarter pledge unless specifically stated otherwise.
Shipping will be collected through Kickstarter / through our pledge manager after the campaign. Final shipping rates will be based on your destination, pledge level, package size and weight, and the shipping rates available to us at the time of fulfillment.
The shipping estimates provided during the campaign are our best estimates based on current information. Because fulfillment will take place in the future, carrier rates, fuel surcharges, tariffs, duties, taxes, and other logistics costs may change before the project ships.
If shipping costs change significantly, we will communicate any changes with backers as early and transparently as possible.

Availability may vary depending on fulfillment restrictions, carrier availability, customs regulations, and the final logistics arrangements for the campaign.
Certain remote locations, territories, PO boxes, military addresses, or other destinations may require additional shipping charges or may not be serviceable by our fulfillment partners.
International backers may be responsible for applicable VAT, GST, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or region unless the campaign specifically states that these charges are included.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.
Where possible, we will clearly identify whether shipping to a particular region is expected to be customs-friendly, duty-paid, or subject to additional charges before fulfillment.
Backers are responsible for understanding any import requirements that apply in their country.
Backers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We will provide an opportunity to confirm or update your shipping information before fulfillment begins. A deadline for address changes will be communicated through Kickstarter updates and/or our pledge manager.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address may be the responsibility of the backer.
If a package is returned to us or our fulfillment partner because of:
The backer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact affected backers and arrange redelivery where possible.
If your tracking information indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with our fulfillment partner and/or shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. Replacement eligibility will be determined based on the circumstances of the shipment, tracking information, carrier policies, and available inventory.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation before a replacement can be issued.
We want every backer to receive their reward in great condition.
If your reward arrives damaged, defective, or with components missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
We will work with you to provide replacement components or another appropriate solution whenever reasonably possible.
Minor cosmetic damage to exterior shipping cartons that does not affect the product itself may not qualify for replacement.

As with any crowdfunded project, manufacturing, freight, customs clearance, port congestion, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances may affect the final delivery timeline.
The estimated delivery date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
We will provide regular campaign updates throughout manufacturing and fulfillment, so backers know where the project stands.
Backers are responsible for completing any required pledge manager surveys, providing a valid shipping address, and paying applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other required fees by the communicated deadlines.
Rewards that cannot be fulfilled because required information or payment has not been provided may be held until the issue is resolved. Additional storage, handling, or shipping charges may apply if fulfillment must occur separately from the main fulfillment wave.
Backing a Kickstarter campaign is different from purchasing an in-stock product from a traditional online store. Your pledge helps bring the project to life, and manufacturing and fulfillment occur after the campaign.
While we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill rewards according to the estimates provided, unexpected manufacturing or logistics challenges can occur.
